Car dealership showroom — every person here is working against the buyer
About Yellowstone Outfitters

The dealership has a team. Now you do too.

We built this because car buying is one of the only major purchases where every single person in the building is paid to take money out of the buyer's pocket.

Why we built this

We got tired of watching buyers get taken. So we did something about it.

Yellowstone Outfitters was built by someone with a mechanic's background, a commercial truck driver's knowledge of load ratings and vehicle specifications, and years of personal experience buying cars and trailers on the wrong side of a dealer's desk.

We know what vehicles actually cost to build, what margins look like, and how dealers structure deals to maximize what comes out of a buyer's wallet. We've been the buyer who didn't know any of this. We built this service so you don't have to be.

The vehicle market we navigate for our clients every day
What makes us different

We are the only people in the deal with nothing to gain except your outcome.

Every other person involved in a vehicle transaction earns more when the deal costs you more. We're the only exception.

01

Flat-rate — no conflict of interest

We charge the same fee no matter what the vehicle costs. A commission model means the advisor makes more if you buy a more expensive vehicle. We don't. Our only incentive is a good outcome and the referral that follows.

02

We know vehicles from the inside

Mechanics background. Commercial truck driving. Years buying cars, trucks, and trailers personally. We know what specifications actually matter, what maintenance history tells you, and what a good pre-purchase inspection should catch.

03

We know how dealers think

We've been on the buyer's side of every tactic they use. We know how the desk structures a counter, how the finance office presents add-ons to maximize acceptance, and how a trade-in reveal gets used against you when you time it wrong.

04

Cars, trucks, trailers, and powersports

RV dealers operate differently than franchise car dealers. Powersport shops have their own version of the playbook. Private party deals have different risks entirely. We know the differences and adjust the strategy for each situation.

05

Free intake — you know the plan before you pay

We tell you exactly what we can do and what it will cost before you commit. If it doesn't make sense for your situation, we'll tell you that too. We'd rather walk away from a bad fit than take money for a service that won't deliver.

06

We stay accountable after delivery

We check in 30 days after every deal. The best clients are the ones who send their family to us for the next purchase. That only happens if we actually delivered. Accountability isn't a policy — it's the business model.

A deal built for you — not for the dealership
The math

An investment, not a cost.

Intake is freeNo payment until we've confirmed the plan and you've agreed to the scope. If the situation doesn't make sense, you walk away owing nothing.

You choose how much help you wantStrategy and coaching. Coming with you. Or handling the whole thing. Every tier is a different level of involvement at a different price point.
